Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The vidaXL rectangular shade sail, with dimensions of 3x4 meters, provides protection from sun and rain in outdoor spaces. The product weighs 2.170 kg. Its rectangular shape covers specific areas, making it suitable for installation over a patio, play area, or balcony.
The fabric is made of Oxford cloth with a polyurethane (PU) coating, a material selected for its water resistance. Additionally, the fabric has undergone a specific treatment that makes it resistant to mold formation and offers UV protection. These characteristics help preserve the integrity of the material and its taupe color over time.
Installation is straightforward due to the stainless steel fasteners located on each of the four corners. These anchoring points provide a solid base for stretching the sail. The package includes four polyethylene (PE) ropes, each 1.5 meters long, ready for attachment. For proper rainwater drainage, it is advisable to install the sail with an incline, positioning two corners higher than the other two.
