Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance

Pulisci regolarmente la vela con acqua tiepida e un detergente delicato, utilizzando una spazzola morbida o un panno per rimuovere sporco e polvere. Sciacquala accuratamente per eliminare ogni residuo di sapone e lasciala asciugare completamente all'aria prima di riporla, prevenendo così muffe e macchie. Durante i mesi invernali, o in presenza di forti raffiche di vento e temporali, è buona pratica smontare la vela e conservarla in un luogo asciutto e riparato. Evita l'uso di prodotti chimici aggressivi o candeggina per preservare l'integrità del tessuto e il suo vibrante colore arancione. The vidaXL rectangular sail shade, measuring 2 x 3.5 meters, protects from sun and rain in outdoor spaces. Made of orange Oxford fabric with PU coating, it is designed for use in gardens, terraces, playgrounds, or balconies.
The main material is Oxford fabric, treated to resist mold and provide UV protection. The polyurethane (PU) coating gives the fabric water resistance, allowing the space underneath to be used even in light rain. For proper drainage, it is recommended to install the sail with a slight slope, fixing two corners at a higher elevation than the other two.
Installation is supported by stainless steel fasteners located on each corner of the sail. These rings provide robust anchoring points. The package includes four PE ropes, each 1.5 meters long, to complete the installation. The total product weight is 1.37 kg.
