Returns & Refunds

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
Defective or damaged product? Returns and replacements are completely free. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

Materiali di Alta Qualità
La vela è costruita con un tessuto Oxford ad alta densità, noto per la sua robustezza e resistenza. Uno speciale rivestimento in poliuretano (PU) la rende resistente all'acqua e blocca i dannosi raggi UV. Il tessuto ha ricevuto un trattamento specifico che lo rende resistente alla formazione di muffa, per una maggiore longevità e una manutenzione minima.
Design Moderno e Funzionale
Con le sue dimensioni di 4 x 5 x 5 metri e la sua forma triangolare, questa vela ombreggiante aggiunge un tocco di design contemporaneo al vostro spazio all'aperto. Il colore grigio talpa è neutro ed elegante, facile da abbinare a diversi stili di arredamento da esterno, da quello moderno a quello più classico.
Installazione Semplice e Sicura
Il montaggio è rapido e intuitivo. Ogni angolo della vela è dotato di un robusto anello a D in acciaio inossidabile, che resiste alla ruggine e alla corrosione. Nella confezione sono incluse tre corde in PE da 1,5 metri ciascuna per un fissaggio sicuro a pali, alberi o pareti. Per un drenaggio ottimale dell'acqua, si consiglia di installare due angoli della vela a un'altezza leggermente superiore rispetto al terzo.
