Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Il tessuto Oxford grigio talpa, noto per la sua resistenza alle intemperie, richiede una manutenzione minima. Per la pulizia quotidiana, usa un panno umido e, se necessario, una soluzione di acqua tiepida e sapone neutro, strofinando delicatamente le macchie. Evita prodotti chimici aggressivi che potrebbero danneggiare il materiale. Dopo la pulizia, lascia asciugare completamente all'aria, preferibilmente in ombra, per prevenire la formazione di muffa.
