Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
Defective or damaged product? Returns and replacements are completely free. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

La vela parasole quadrata di vidaXL offre una superficie di copertura di 5 x 5 metri, progettata per proteggere da sole e pioggia. Il telo è realizzato in tessuto Oxford con rivestimento in PU, un materiale trattato specificamente per resistere alla formazione di muffa e offrire protezione contro i raggi UV. La sua composizione lo rende anche resistente all'acqua, permettendo di creare uno spazio riparato in diverse condizioni atmosferiche.
L'installazione è facilitata dalla presenza di robusti elementi di fissaggio in acciaio inossidabile su ciascuno dei quattro angoli. Insieme alla vela vengono fornite quattro corde in PE, ognuna lunga 1,5 metri, per un ancoraggio sicuro e stabile. Questo sistema rende il prodotto adatto a essere montato in svariati ambienti esterni, come giardini, terrazze, aree gioco per bambini o balconi. Per un drenaggio efficace dell'acqua piovana, è consigliato installare la vela con una pendenza, posizionando due angoli più in alto rispetto agli altri due. Il prodotto ha un peso totale di 4,23 kg.
