Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.

Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

The vidaXL triangular sun shade sail, measuring 3 x 3 x 4.24 m, provides shade in outdoor areas such as gardens, terraces, and balconies. Made from Oxford fabric with a polyurethane (PU) coating, this terracotta-colored canopy protects against direct sunlight and rain, as it is water-resistant.
The fabric is treated to resist mold formation and provides UV protection, maintaining the color and integrity of the material. The structure is reinforced by stainless steel fasteners located on each of the three corners of the sail. These anchor rings are robust and resist corrosion, allowing for secure tensioning of the canopy.
For installation, the package includes three polyethylene (PE) ropes, each 1.5 meters long. With a total weight of 0.94 kg, the sail is manageable. It is suitable for placement over a play area, to cover a dining set on a terrace, or to shade a sun-exposed balcony. For proper rainwater drainage, it is recommended to install two corners of the sail at a higher elevation than the third, creating a slope to prevent water stagnation.
