Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

This metal is selected for its high resistance to corrosion and mechanical stress, which provides a stable and durable anchor even in wind or other weather conditions. The mounting kit also includes three 1.5-meter polyethylene (PE) ropes used for tensioning and securing the sail. The shade sail has a total weight of 0.730 kg, which facilitates assembly and disassembly.
