Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The PU-coated Oxford fabric, which makes up the sail, is a material chosen for its inherent properties. It has been specifically treated to be water-resistant, a crucial feature for rain protection. This water-resistant characteristic allows its use in various weather conditions. Additionally, the fabric offers UV protection, a key attribute for safeguarding against harmful solar radiation and preventing the yellow color from fading. For secure and functional installation, the sail shade includes stainless steel fasteners. These elements, positioned on each corner of the triangular shade structure, provide robust anchoring points. The product comes with three PE ropes, each 1.5 m long, designed to facilitate stable and tensioned assembly. Although product assembly itself is not required – as indicated by the specification "Assembly required: No" – correct installation is important. To this end, it is suggested to position two corners of the sail slightly higher than the others. This inclination promotes optimal rainwater runoff, preventing stagnation on the sail's surface and contributing to its longevity and functionality.
