Returns & Refunds

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
Defective or damaged product? Returns and replacements are completely free. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The vidaXL triangular shade sail measures 3 x 4 x 5 m and provides a shading solution for outdoor spaces. It is made from Oxford fabric with a polyurethane (PU) coating, a material selected for its water resistance and its ability to protect from direct sunlight. The fabric has received a specific treatment that makes it mold-resistant and UV-resistant, making it suitable for installation in gardens, on terraces, playgrounds, or balconies.
The structure is designed for simple assembly. Each corner of the sail features a stainless steel fixing element, a material that offers corrosion resistance. The package includes three polyethylene (PE) ropes, each 1.5 m long, necessary for securely anchoring the sail. For proper rainwater drainage, it is recommended to install the sail with a slope, fixing two corners at a higher elevation than the third.
