Defective or damaged product? Returns and replacements are completely free. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).

• What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
• What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance

For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

La pulizia è facile: usa acqua tiepida e un detergente neutro, applicandolo con una spazzola morbida o un panno. Sciacqua abbondantemente per rimuovere ogni residuo di sapone. È fondamentale lasciare asciugare completamente la vela all'aria, in un'area ben ventilata, prima di piegarla o riporla. Questo previene la formazione di muffa e macchie, mantenendo il tessuto impeccabile e resistente alle intemperie stagione dopo stagione. Durante i mesi invernali o in caso di maltempo prolungato, ti suggeriamo di smontarla e conservarla in un luogo asciutto e riparato. Evita prodotti chimici aggressivi o spazzole dure che potrebbero danneggiare il rivestimento in PU. Con una cura minima, la tua vela manterrà la sua qualità e la sua funzione protettiva per molti anni, rendendo il tuo spazio esterno sempre accogliente.
