Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The vidaXL set includes 4 round hanging baskets, each with a diameter of 25 cm and a height of 13 cm. These containers are made of real woven brown willow, a material suitable for both indoor and outdoor settings. The shape and strength of each basket are provided by an internal metal frame, which supports its structure.
Each planter features an internal plastic lining. This layer contains soil and water, limiting spills during plant watering. The suspension system consists of three sturdy metal chains for each basket, which converge into a single hook for simplified installation on ceilings, beams, or wall mounts.
This 4-piece set is designed for arranging plants and flowers in gardens, balconies, porches, or terraces.
