Returns & Refunds

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
Defective or damaged product? Returns and replacements are completely free. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Il telo, resistente alle intemperie e fulcro del tuo spazio esterno, va pulito regolarmente. Rimuovi polvere e detriti con una spazzola morbida. Per macchie, usa acqua tiepida e sapone neutro, risciacquando abbondantemente. È fondamentale lasciare asciugare completamente il telo all'aria prima di riavvolgerlo, per prevenire muffe e prolungarne la vita.
La struttura portante e il meccanismo retrattile possono essere puliti con un panno umido. Verifica periodicamente il serraggio delle viti. Per le luci LED solari, assicurati che il pannello sia libero da sporco e foglie: questo ne garantirà la massima efficienza e illuminerà al meglio il tuo terrazzo.
In caso di vento forte o piogge abbondanti, riavvolgi sempre la tenda. Per i mesi invernali, o se non la usi per lunghi periodi, ti suggeriamo di smontare il telo e riporlo in un luogo asciutto e prote
