Returns & Refunds

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
Defective or damaged product? Returns and replacements are completely free. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance

* **Telo:** Spazzola regolarmente polvere e sporco leggero. Per macchie più ostinate, usa acqua tiepida e sapone neutro, strofinando delicatamente. Risciacqua bene ed evita detergenti aggressivi che potrebbero compromettere il tessuto. Assicurati che il telo sia completamente asciutto prima di riavvolgerlo, per prevenire la formazione di muffe e cattivi odori.
* **Struttura:** Pulisci la struttura con un panno umido per rimuovere polvere e residui. Verifica periodicamente il serraggio di viti e bulloni per mantenerne la stabilità e la sicurezza nel tempo.
* **Pannello Solare e LED:** Mantieni il pannello solare pulito e libero da foglie o sporco con un panno morbido e umido per assicurare una ricarica ottimale dei LED e garantire la loro luminosità nelle serate estive.
