Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.

Defective or damaged product? Returns and replacements are completely free. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).

• What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
• What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance

For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Evita sempre prodotti chimici aggressivi o candeggina che potrebbero danneggiare il tessuto e la protezione UV. Dopo ogni pulizia o pioggia, assicurati che il telo sia completamente asciutto prima di avvolgerlo. Questo previene la formazione di muffa e cattivi odori, mantenendo la qualita e il design del tuo telo. In caso di vento forte, temporali o neve intensa, è fondamentale ritrarre la tenda per evitare strappi o danni alla struttura e al telo stesso. Con queste semplici attenzioni, il tuo telo continuerà a offrirti un riparo resistente e confortevole per molte estati.
