Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
Defective or damaged product? Returns and replacements are completely free. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

vidaXL replacement fabric is compatible with awning frames measuring 3.5 x 2.5 m. The fabric, with actual dimensions of 330 x 245 cm (Length x Depth), replaces an existing cover. The orange and white color combination is suitable for patios, terraces, or gardens. The total fabric weight is 3.26 kg.
The material is 100% polyester, treated with a polyurethane (PU) coating. This composition provides specific properties: it is UV resistant, which helps prevent color fading, and is also water-repellent. Additionally, the fabric surface is dirt and dust repellent, simplifying outdoor maintenance.
This product is intended as a replacement part for existing awning structures. The frame is not included. The package contains only the main awning fabric and the valance, ready for installation on a compatible frame.
