Defective or damaged product? Returns and replacements are completely free. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The fabric is made of 100% polyester, a material that provides UV resistance and helps maintain the blue and white hue over time by reducing fading. This composition makes the fabric suitable for extended outdoor use.
The actual awning fabric measures 280 x 245 cm (Length x Depth). This measurement is calibrated for compatibility with awning frames that are 3 m wide and 2.5 m deep. The delivery includes a valance with a side width of 20 cm. Please note that the delivery consists only of the replacement fabric and the valance; the awning frame is not included and must be owned by the buyer.
With a total weight of 2.760 kg, the fabric is designed to replace worn or damaged fabrics, maintaining the function of coverage and sun protection for the designated outdoor area.
