Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
Defective or damaged product? Returns and replacements are completely free. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
Per goderti a lungo la tua vela ombreggiante SolPatio, una corretta cura è essenziale. La pulizia è semplice e aiuta a mantenere il rosso vibrante: usa una spazzola morbida, acqua tiepida e un sapone delicato. Evita detergenti aggressivi che potrebbero danneggiare il rivestimento in PU, compromettendo la sua protezione dalle intemperie. In caso di macchie, agisci rapidamente con un panno umido. Assicurati sempre che la vela sia completamente asciutta prima di piegarla e riporla, così eviterai la formazione di muffa e prolungherai la sua durabilità. Durante l'inverno o in caso di condizioni meteo estreme (vento forte, neve), ti consigliamo di smontarla e riporla in un luogo asciutto e protetto per preservarne la resistenza e il colore. Il tessuto Oxford rivestito in PU è progettato per resistere nel tempo, ma una manutenzione regolare ne garantisce la longevità e la performance.
