Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
Per assicurarti che la tua vela ombreggiante SolPatio ti offra sempre il massimo del comfort e della protezione, è fondamentale una cura attenta. Grazie al suo robusto tessuto Oxford impermeabile, la manutenzione è semplice. Per la pulizia, ti suggeriamo di usare solo acqua tiepida e un panno morbido o una spazzola a setole delicate, con un detergente neutro. Evita assolutamente prodotti abrasivi o aggressivi, che potrebbero compromettere il trattamento impermeabile. Per preservarne l'integrità e la durata nel tempo, ricorda di smontare la vela in caso di vento forte o condizioni meteo avverse. Durante i mesi invernali o quando non in uso per lunghi periodi, assicurati che sia completamente asciutta prima di piegarla con cura e riporla in un luogo riparato.

The PU-coated fabric is water-resistant, deflecting rainwater to keep the area underneath dry. The material also has UV protection to shield from solar rays. The fabric is treated to be mould-resistant, an important feature for products intended for prolonged outdoor use in humid conditions. These material properties contribute to the sun sail's durability and function.
The sun sail's 3.5 x 5 m rectangular shape is suitable for covering specific areas such as large terraces, balconies, or sections of a garden. Installation is handled with stainless steel fasteners located at each corner.
