Returns & Refunds

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
Defective or damaged product? Returns and replacements are completely free. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
Per mantenere la tua vela ombreggiante SolPatio in tessuto Oxford sempre impeccabile e prolungarne la vita, ti basterà seguire questi semplici consigli. La pulizia è facile e pratica: ti consigliamo di utilizzare acqua tiepida e un sapone neutro, strofinando delicatamente la superficie con una spazzola morbida o un panno. Sciacqua abbondantemente e, prima di riporla, assicurati che la vela sia completamente asciutta per prevenire la formazione di muffa e macchie indesiderate. Durante i mesi invernali o in caso di maltempo prolungato (come forti venti, piogge intense o nevicate), ti raccomandiamo di smontarla e conservarla in un luogo asciutto e riparato. Questo semplice accorgimento non solo proteggerà l'integrità del tessuto dalla intemperie, ma ti garantirà un outdoor living di qualità per molte estati a venire.

The vidaXL rectangular sail shade offers a coverage area of 2 x 2.5 meters, designed to protect from sun and rain in outdoor spaces. With a weight of 1.030 kg, its structure is designed for easy handling and simple installation in various configurations. It is a functional solution for creating shaded areas in gardens, terraces, children's play areas, or balconies.
The sail is made of Oxford fabric with a polyurethane (PU) coating. This material composition provides water resistance to the fabric. The fabric is also treated to be mold-resistant and offers UV protection, which helps preserve the Anthracite color over time.
Installation is supported by stainless steel fasteners located on each of the four corners of the sail. The package includes four PE ropes, each 1.5 meters long, for secure anchoring. For effective rainwater drainage, it is recommended to install two corners of the sail at a higher elevation than the other two.
