Defective or damaged product? Returns and replacements are completely free. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The structure is entirely made of Corten steel, a material also known as weathering steel. This metal alloy has the property of developing a rust-like protective surface layer when exposed to the elements, a process that protects it from deep corrosion. This characteristic eliminates the need for painting and reduces maintenance costs. The product is delivered in its original metallic color; the rust-colored patina will form progressively over time. To accelerate this process, soapy or salt water can be sprayed onto the surface.
The plant container's design includes a top edge with a safety fold, a feature that eliminates potentially dangerous sharp edges. The structure weighs 24.7 kg, a factor that contributes to its stability once positioned and filled.
