Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The vidaXL door awning, with overall dimensions of 152.5 x 90 x 27.5 cm (L x W x H), protects entrances from weather conditions such as rain, snow, and hail. Its structure uses specific outdoor materials: the cover is made from six hollow polycarbonate (PC) sheets, known for their durability and corrosion resistance.
The awning's stability comes from a solid structure that includes three support brackets made of robust ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) and aluminium connecting bars. Each bracket measures 90 x 28 x 6 cm (L x W x D), providing firm support for the cover panels. The PC panels have individual dimensions of 70 x 27.5 cm and a thickness of 0.5 cm.
Assembly is facilitated by all necessary accessories included in the package. The kit includes H-connectors and oxidized aluminium bars, a treatment that increases their resistance over time. This product is suitable for installation on single or two-family homes. Please note that the structure is not designed to withstand heavy snowfall.
