Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

Il set di piastrelle in erba sintetica vidaXL è fornito in una confezione da 22 pezzi, progettati per coprire una superficie totale di 1,98 m². Ogni piastrella quadrata misura 30 x 30 cm (L x P), una dimensione che permette una composizione modulare. Il materiale di fabbricazione è il polietilene (PE), un polimero che conferisce al prodotto un aspetto simile a quello dell'erba naturale. Il colore verde è stato selezionato per fondersi con giardini e spazi esterni, mantenendo la sua tonalità costante durante tutto l'anno.
La praticità d'uso è un elemento centrale di questo prodotto. Le piastrelle si collegano tra loro attraverso un sistema a incastro, che non richiede attrezzi specifici e consente un montaggio rapido.
