Returns & Refunds

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
Defective or damaged product? Returns and replacements are completely free. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
Per assicurarti che la tua Vela Ombreggiante SolPatio ti offra ombra e stile per molte estati, prendertene cura è facile. Ti consigliamo una pulizia periodica con acqua tiepida e un sapone neutro, usando una spazzola morbida per rimuovere sporco e polvere dal robusto tessuto Oxford anti-UV. Risciacqua abbondantemente e lasciala asciugare completamente all'aria, evitando di ripiegarla se umida, per preservarne le qualità. Durante i mesi più freddi o in previsione di forte maltempo, come venti intensi o nevicate, è opportuno smontare la vela. Riponila piegata in un luogo asciutto e protetto, assicurandoti che sia completamente asciutta per prevenire la formazione di muffe e preservare l'integrità del tessuto. Verifica regolarmente la tensione per un corretto deflusso dell'acqua. Con queste attenzioni, manterrai la tua vela sempre al meglio.

The vidaXL shade sail has a triangular shape with dimensions of 2.5 x 2.5 x 3.5 m. Designed for outdoor use, this product offers protection from sun and rain in gardens, on terraces, or balconies.
The sail is made of Oxford fabric with a polyurethane (PU) coating. This material provides the product with water resistance and UV protection. The fabric is also treated to resist mold formation, a characteristic that contributes to maintaining its functionality over time.
For installation, each corner of the sail features a stainless steel fastening element. The package includes three PE ropes, each 1.5 m long, to allow for stable anchoring. For proper rainwater drainage, it is recommended to install two corners of the sail at a higher elevation than the third.
