Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
Defective or damaged product? Returns and replacements are completely free. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The vidaXL rectangular sail shade measures 3 x 4 meters. It provides sun and rain protection for outdoor spaces.
The sail is made from Oxford fabric with a polyurethane (PU) coating, which makes it water-resistant. The fabric is also treated to resist mold formation and provides UV protection for extended outdoor use. The color of the fabric is red.
The structure features stainless steel fasteners on each of the four corners for secure anchoring. Assembly is facilitated by the four included 1.5-meter PE ropes. The total weight of the product is 2.13 kg, allowing for practical handling during installation.
This sail shade creates shaded areas in gardens, terraces, playgrounds, or balconies. For effective water drainage, it is recommended to install the sail with a slope, positioning two corners higher than the other two.
