Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Per mantenere la tua vela ombreggiante SolPatio in tessuto Oxford sempre perfetta e garantire la sua lunga durata nel tuo spazio esterno, ecco alcuni semplici consigli. Quando è il momento di pulirla, usa un panno morbido inumidito con acqua tiepida e un detergente delicato, magari specifico per tessuti da esterno. Evita prodotti aggressivi o spazzole dure che potrebbero danneggiare il materiale. Risciacqua bene per eliminare ogni residuo di sapone.
È fondamentale che la vela sia completamente asciutta prima di riporla, soprattutto per lunghi periodi o durante la stagione fredda. Questo previene la formazione di muffe e macchie. Ti suggeriamo di smontarla e conservarla in un luogo asciutto e riparato quando prevedi vento forte, temporali intensi o durante i mesi invernali.
