Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Per assicurarti che la tua vela ombreggiante in Tessuto Oxford Rosso mantenga inalterata la sua bellezza e funzionalità estate dopo estate, ti basterà dedicare qualche attenzione. Questo tessuto è rinomato per la sua facilità di manutenzione. Per la pulizia ordinaria, puoi semplicemente utilizzare un panno morbido inumidito con acqua tieppidina e un detergente neutro, evitando prodotti aggressivi che potrebbero danneggiare il colore o la fibra. Sciacqua accuratamente con acqua pulita e lasciala asciugare completamente all'aria prima di riporla. Il Tessuto Oxford è naturalmente resistente a muffe e raggi UV, garantendoti una buona durata. Tuttavia, per prolungarne ulteriormente la vita e preservare il suo vivace colore rosso, ti consigliamo di smontarla e riporla in un luogo asciutto e riparato durante i mesi invernali o in previsione di forte maltempo. Così, sarà sempre pronta a regalarti un fresco relax nel tuo giardino o terrazzo.

The vidaXL rectangular sail awning measures 2 x 4 meters. It is made from Oxford fabric with a polyurethane (PU) coating. This material offers water resistance and protection from direct sunlight. The awning is suitable for outdoor areas such as gardens, terraces, playgrounds, or balconies.
The Oxford fabric features specific treatment for resistance to mold and UV rays. This helps preserve the red color and material structure over time. The rectangular shape provides a total surface area of 8 square meters, suitable for covering tables, seating, or children's play areas.
For installation, each corner of the sail is equipped with a stainless steel fastener. Stainless steel offers durability and corrosion resistance. The package includes four 1.5-meter polyethylene (PE) ropes for mounting. For proper rainwater drainage, install the sail with an incline by fixing two corners at a higher elevation than the other two.
