Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.

When exposed to the elements, it develops a protective rust layer that prevents further corrosion, eliminating the need for painting and reducing maintenance and repair costs.
The planter provides ample space for cultivation, being deep and wide enough to hold a large amount of soil. It is suitable for plants, vegetables, herbs, and flowers. The structure's stability is enhanced by internal support brackets, which increase its overall robustness. The top edge design is safely folded, a feature designed to prevent sharp and dangerous edges.
This product is delivered in its original metallic color and is not yet rusted; the rust layer will form progressively over time. To accelerate this process, you can spray the surface with soapy water and salt water. It is recommended to avoid direct contact with the developing rust layer to prevent stains on clothing.
