Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
Defective or damaged product? Returns and replacements are completely free. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

This pond liner is an excellent basis for creating your very own pond system in the garden or anywhere on your property. The pond liner film is made of high-quality PVC, which is highly elastic and tear-resistant, suitable for designing shallow and deep water zones and harmless to plants and animals. The pond underlay can be easily cut with scissors. Gluing or welding with PVC (polyvinyl chloride) glue can also be carried out without difficulty. Enjoy creating your own little relaxation oasis to switch off from stressful everyday life!Important note:1. Before laying the pond liner, ensure that the surface is dry and free of ice, snow, stones and other hard or pointed objects to avoid cuts, bumps and damage.2. You can use the following formula for calculating the size:Pond liner length: finished pond length + twice the depth + twice the edge overlap*Pond liner width: finished pond width + twice the depth + twice the edge overlap**minimum recommended overlap 0.10 mIt is recommended to buy a few extra metres to compensate for error and to give you enough liner to tuck in around the edges above the maximum water level.3.
