Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The vidaXL door canopy, with overall dimensions of 396 x 90 x 27.5 cm (L x W x H), is designed to protect entrances from rain, snow, and other weather conditions. Its wide surface provides effective coverage for the entrance door of single or multi-family homes.
The structure is built with selected materials for durability. The 12 roof panels are made of hollow-sheet polycarbonate (PC), a weather-resistant and corrosion-resistant material. Each panel measures 95 x 27.5 cm with a thickness of 0.5 cm. The supporting frame consists of 5 sturdy ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) brackets and anodized aluminum connecting bars, a combination that provides stability to the entire structure, which has a total weight of 10.25 kg.
The kit includes all necessary components for installation, including 8 H-connectors and 8 aluminum bars, for quick assembly as described in the included manual. The structure is not designed to withstand the load of heavy and abundant snowfall.
