Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The vidaXL door canopy, with overall dimensions of 239 x 90 x 27.5 cm (L x W x H), offers a protective solution for entrances exposed to weather conditions. This model is designed to shield single or two-family home entrance doors from rain, snow, and hail, combining functional materials and a stable structure.
The canopy cover is constructed from six separate hollow polycarbonate (PC) panels. Each panel measures 115 x 27.5 cm with a thickness of 0.5 cm. Polycarbonate is a material known for its durability and resistance to weather conditions and corrosion; its transparent finish allows natural light to pass through.
The frame consists of elements that provide structural stability. It includes three grey support brackets made of robust ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene), each measuring 90 x 28 x 6 cm. The structure is completed by four bars and four H-connectors, both made from oxidized aluminum, combining strength and lightweight properties. The total product weight is 5.85 kg.
For quick installation, the product includes all necessary accessories and a detailed instruction manual. The package contains the six PC panels, three ABS brackets, and all aluminum connectors and bars required for assembly. Please note that the roof of this canopy is not designed to withstand the load of heavy snowfall.
