Returns & Refunds

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
Defective or damaged product? Returns and replacements are completely free. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
Per mantenere la tua tettoia SolPatio sempre impeccabile e prolungarne la vita, la cura è semplice ma efficace. Le lastre in policarbonato sono progettate per resistere alle intemperie, ma una pulizia regolare ne preserverà la trasparenza e l'aspetto nel tempo. Ti suggeriamo di pulire la superficie con acqua tiepida e un detergente neutro, usando un panno morbido o una spugna non abrasiva. Evita assolutamente prodotti chimici aggressivi, solventi o spazzole dure che potrebbero graffiare il policarbonato o danneggiare la struttura grigia. Sciacqua abbondantemente con acqua pulita per rimuovere ogni residuo. Per lo sporco più ostinato, puoi lasciare agire la soluzione saponata per qualche minuto prima di risciacquare. Controlla periodicamente che i fissaggi siano ben saldi, specialmente dopo forti venti. Questa manutenzione minima ti garantirà anni di protezione affidabile per il tuo ingresso o finestra, mantenendo la tettoia funzionale e esteticamente gradevole nel tuo spazio esterno.

The vidaXL door canopy, with overall dimensions of 122 x 90 x 27.5 cm (L x W x H), protects the entrance door from rain, snow, and other adverse weather conditions. Its total weight is 4.0 kg.
The cover consists of three separate hollow polycarbonate (PC) panels, a durable and corrosion-resistant material. Each transparent panel measures 115 x 27.5 cm, with a thickness of 0.5 cm, and offers protection while allowing natural light to pass through.
The supporting structure is composed of two sturdy grey ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) brackets, measuring 90 x 28 x 6 cm (L x W x T). Additionally, there are two bars and two H-connectors made of oxidized aluminum, materials chosen for their stability and long-term resistance.
The product is supplied with all necessary accessories and an instruction manual for easy and quick assembly. This canopy is suitable for installation on single or two-family homes. Please note that the canopy roof is not designed to support the weight of heavy snowfall.
