Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The vidaXL door canopy measures 122 x 90 x 27.5 cm (L x W x H). This black model protects the entrance door from rain, snow, and other weather conditions. It is designed for use on single or semi-detached homes, providing stable and durable cover.
The cover consists of three separate hollow polycarbonate (PC) panels. This material offers durability and resistance to weathering and corrosion. Each panel measures 115 x 27.5 cm with a thickness of 0.5 cm, which contributes to the overall structural solidity.
The supporting frame provides stability. It features two support brackets made from robust ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene), each measuring 90 x 28 x 6 cm. Two oxidized aluminum bars and two H-connectors are also included. The use of ABS and aluminum provides strong support for the polycarbonate cover. The total product weight is 4.05 kg.
Installation is quick due to the inclusion of all necessary mounting accessories and an instruction manual. The complete mounting kit allows for correct and fast assembly. The canopy roof is not designed to withstand heavy snowfall.
