Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.

vidaXL Door Canopy, with overall dimensions of 396 x 90 x 27.5 cm, provides functional protection. It is intended for covering entrance doors, offering shelter from adverse weather conditions such as rain, hail, and light snow. Its application is specifically indicated for single or two-family homes, in accordance with the manufacturer's usage regulations.
The canopy structure consists of materials selected for durability and resistance. The top panels are made from 12 hollow PC (Polycarbonate) sheets, a material that offers resistance to weathering and corrosion. Each PC panel measures 95 x 27.5 x 0.5 cm (L x W x T). Support is provided by 5 robust brackets made of ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene), each measuring 90 x 28 x 6 cm (L x W x T). The framework also includes 8 oxidized aluminum H-connectors and 8 oxidized aluminum bars, which provide stability and structural integrity to the system. These components, in black and transparent colors, contribute to a solid construction with an overall weight of 10.050 kg.
Installation of the vidaXL canopy is facilitated by an assembly process that includes all necessary accessories. Each package contains a manual to facilitate assembly operations. The product's structural capacity should be considered: the canopy roof is not designed to bear the weight of heavy snowfall, making it suitable for regions with moderate snow precipitation. Its primary use is as a protection solution for the entrance of private residences, specifically single or two-family houses.
