Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The vidaXL Pond Liner measures 1 x 8 m (L x W) with a thickness of 0.5 mm and a total weight of 5.500 kg. This liner is designed as a base for constructing pond systems in the garden or other property areas.
The liner material is high-quality PVC, with a unit weight of 660 g/m². PVC is highly elastic and tear-resistant, essential qualities for designing aquatic areas, both shallow and deep. Its composition makes it suitable for the aquatic environment, being harmless to plants and animals. This product offers resistance to UV rays, cold, and welding, and is also resistant to swelling, decomposition, and aging. Tear resistance conforms to DIN 53363, while static puncture has been tested according to ISO 12236.
The PVC pond liner is easy to handle, can be cut with scissors, and allows for gluing or welding operations using specific PVC glue. These characteristics facilitate adapting the liner to the specific requirements of the pond project.
