Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Ti consigliamo una pulizia periodica, semplice ma efficace. Pulisci regolarmente la superficie con un panno umido e, se necessario, utilizza acqua tiepida e un sapone neutro, applicandoli delicatamente con una spazzola morbida o una spugna. Sciacqua con cura per eliminare ogni residuo di sapone e lascia asciugare completamente all'aria aperta prima di ripiegarlo o riposizionarlo, così eviterai la formazione di muffe e macchie. Durante i mesi più freddi o in caso di condizioni meteo estreme, come forti venti o nevicate, è sempre preferibile riporlo in un luogo asciutto e riparato. Its main structure is made of Oxford fabric, which is coated with a layer of polyurethane (PU).
The PU-coated Oxford fabric provides the screen with waterproof properties, an essential feature for resistance to precipitation. Additionally, the PU coating contributes to increased robustness, making the screen wind-resistant, which is crucial for its function in exposed outdoor environments. The fabric also features UV protection, a property that helps mitigate wear caused by prolonged exposure to sunlight, helping to maintain the intensity of the orange color over time and preserving the material's integrity.
To facilitate installation, the screen is equipped with aluminum eyelets strategically placed along the edges.
