Defective or damaged product? Returns and replacements are completely free. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The vidaXL balcony screen measures 120 x 500 cm (W x D) and is made from Oxford fabric with a polyurethane (PU) coating. This material construction provides the screen with waterproof and wind-resistant properties, making it functional for protection and privacy on terraces and balconies. The fabric color is black, and the total product weight is 1.380 kg.
The fabric is treated to offer UV protection. Installation is facilitated by integrated aluminum eyelets along the screen's edges. The package includes a 24-meter long polyethylene (PE) rope, which allows the screen to be securely fastened to the balcony railing. The product is supplied ready for use and requires no assembly.
This protective screen is designed specifically for use on balconies, where it can be used to block views and create a more private space.
