Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance

The vidaXL balcony screen measures 120 x 300 cm (Length x Depth). It provides increased privacy and protection for outdoor spaces. Its anthracite color offers a neutral and modern finish, suitable for various balcony and terrace furnishing contexts.
The structure is made from Oxford fabric with a special PU (polyurethane) coating. This treatment makes the fabric waterproof and offers UV protection, shielding the area from sun and light rain. The material is also wind-resistant, a useful feature for exposed locations.
For installation, the screen features corrosion-resistant aluminum eyelets placed along the perimeter. The package includes a 12-meter-long PE (polyethylene) rope, allowing the screen to be securely and stably fastened to railings or other supports. The product's total weight is 0.84 kg, and no assembly is required, making installation quick and manageable.
