Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The vidaXL patio side awning offers a screening surface of 142 x 200 cm (W x H). This product provides a barrier against wind and solar rays, while also offering privacy for outdoor spaces such as gardens, terraces, or balconies. Its structure combines an aluminum frame with a 100% polyester fabric equipped with a PA coating.
The aluminum structure contributes to the installation's stability, with a total weight of 6.2 kg. The polyester fabric has a density of 180 gr/m². The PA (polyamide) coating provides the fabric with water and UV resistance, making it suitable for exposure to weather conditions.
The system is retractable and extends manually to its maximum extension. After use, the awning automatically rolls into its casing. An L-shaped mounting plate is included, which allows the cassette to be installed in both horizontal and vertical positions. The awning can be removed from its support with a simple movement. Delivery includes all necessary accessories for mounting on smooth and flat surfaces.
