Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery

For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Realizzata in resistente tessuto Oxford, la pulizia è facile: ti basta lavarla a mano con acqua tiepida e un detergente neutro. Usa una spazzola a setole morbide per eliminare polvere o macchie, evitando sempre prodotti chimici aggressivi o candeggina che potrebbero compromettere colore e struttura. Non usare la lavatrice.
Dopo la pulizia, è fondamentale che la vela sia completamente asciutta all'aria prima di ripiegarla o reinstallarla. Questo previene muffa e cattivi odori, garantendo alla tua vela maggiore durabilità e freschezza stagione dopo stagione.
Durante periodi di forte vento, grandine o nei mesi invernali, ti consigliamo di smontare la vela. Riponila pulita e asciutta in un luogo riparato. Questo piccolo accorgimento prolungherà significativamente la vita del tuo prodotto, mantenendone intatta estetica e resistenza per molti anni
