Defective or damaged product? Returns and replacements are completely free. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

Tessuto Tecnico per Ogni Stagione
Il cuore di questa vela è il suo tessuto Oxford, rinforzato con un rivestimento in PU. Questa combinazione di materiali la rende idrorepellente, così da poter utilizzare lo spazio sottostante anche durante una pioggia leggera. Il tessuto è inoltre trattato specificamente per resistere ai raggi UV, aiutando a prevenire lo sbiadimento dei colori dei cuscini e delle superfici sottostanti, e anche per contrastare la formazione di muffa, un dettaglio importante per la manutenzione a lungo termine.
Installazione Stabile e Veloce
L'installazione è stata semplificata al massimo. Ad ogni angolo della vela troverai un robusto anello di fissaggio in acciaio inossidabile. Utilizza le quattro corde in PE da 1,5 metri, incluse nella confezione, per legare gli anelli a punti di ancoraggio stabili come pali, alberi o muri. Per un funzionamento ottimale, è consigliabile montare la vela con una leggera inclinazione, posizionando due angoli più in alto degli altri. Questo accorgimento facilita il deflusso naturale dell'acqua piovana, evitando ristagni sulla superficie del telo.
