Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

La vela parasole quadrata vidaXL offre un'area di copertura di 2x2 metri, progettata per creare zone d'ombra in spazi esterni come giardini, terrazze, aree gioco o balconi. La sua funzione principale è la protezione dalla luce solare diretta e dalla pioggia, resa possibile dal materiale specifico con cui è costruita.
Il telo è realizzato in tessuto Oxford con un rivestimento in poliuretano (PU), una combinazione che conferisce al materiale proprietà di resistenza all'acqua. Il tessuto è inoltre trattato per resistere alla formazione di muffa e per offrire protezione contro i raggi UV, due caratteristiche che contribuiscono a mantenere l'integrità del prodotto durante l'esposizione agli agenti atmosferici.
Per l'installazione, la vela è dotata di elementi di fissaggio in acciaio inossidabile posizionati a ogni angolo, un materiale scelto per la sua resistenza alla corrosione. La confezione include quattro corde in PE, ciascuna della lunghezza di 1,5 metri, necessarie per tensionare e fissare la vela alle strutture di supporto. Il peso complessivo del prodotto è di 0,87 kg, facilitandone la maneggevolezza durante il montaggio.
Per un drenaggio efficace, è consigliato installare la vela con una leggera inclinazione, fissando due angoli a un'altezza superiore rispetto agli altri due. Questa configurazione permette all'acqua piovana di defluire correttamente, evitando la formazione di accumuli che potrebbero appesantire e danneggiare il tessuto.
