Refund policy
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code, articles 52–59), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at info@solpatio.com stating your order number and the product you wish to return. Within 24 business hours you will receive the correct return address, which may vary depending on the supplier of the product.
Return conditions
- Product unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging, including all accessories and documentation
- Free from damage caused by improper use
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except where the product is defective or does not match the description.
Refund
Once we have received and verified the returned product, we will issue the refund within 14 business days to the same payment method you used for the purchase. Pursuant to art. 56 para. 3 of the Consumer Code, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of dispatch.
Defective or in-transit damaged products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 8 days of delivery at info@solpatio.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Legal conformity warranty (24 months)
All products are covered by the legal conformity warranty set out in articles 128–135 of the Consumer Code (as amended by Legislative Decree 170/2021), lasting 24 months from delivery. In the event of a conformity defect you are entitled to free restoration through repair or replacement, or to an adequate price reduction or termination of the contract.
