Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

La tettoia per porta di vidaXL, con una larghezza di 300 cm e una profondità di 75 cm, è una soluzione funzionale per la protezione degli ingressi da agenti atmosferici come pioggia, neve o grandine. La sua struttura è interamente basata su materiali scelti per la loro resistenza e durabilità in condizioni esterne. La copertura è realizzata con 9 pannelli separati in policarbonato (PC) cavo, i quali presentano uno spessore di 5 mm. Il policarbonato è un polimero termoplastico apprezzato per la sua notevole resistenza agli urti e la sua capacità di resistere alla corrosione e allo scolorimento causato dagli agenti atmosferici.
Il telaio portante combina staffe in ABS e barre in alluminio per offrire stabilità. La confezione include 4 staffe di supporto realizzate in ABS (Acrilonitrile Butadiene Stirene), un materiale plastico rigido che sopporta le sollecitazioni meccaniche. A queste si aggiungono 6 barre in alluminio ossidato, che collegano e rinforzano la struttura senza appesantirla, dato che l'alluminio è leggero e resistente alla ruggine. L'intero sistema, con un peso di 6,74 kg, offre solidità e stabilità una volta montato correttamente alla parete.
Per l'installazione, il prodotto viene fornito con tutti gli accessori necessari. Oltre ai 9 pannelli in PC e alle 4 staffe in ABS, il kit di montaggio comprende 6 raccordi a H in plastica, utili per congiungere i pannelli in modo sicuro, e le 6 barre in alluminio. Un manuale di assemblaggio dettagliato è incluso nella confezione per guidare l'utente in ogni fase. È importante notare che il tetto di questa tettoia non è stato progettato per sopportare il carico di accumuli di neve di grande entità.
