Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

La tenda per porte vidaXL è una soluzione funzionale fornita in un rotolo da 10 metri, realizzata in PVC trasparente. Ogni striscia ha una larghezza di 300 mm e uno spessore di 2,6 mm. Il design a coste ne definisce la struttura. Questo materiale è stato scelto per le sue proprietà di impermeabilità e resistenza a graffi e vento, oltre a offrire una buona permeabilità alla luce.
La funzione principale di questa tenda a strisce è quella di agire come barriera per rallentare la dispersione di calore e freddo, contribuendo a mantenere la temperatura interna e a ridurre la dispersione di energia.
