Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

La struttura principale presenta un telaio robusto in acciaio e un telo in 100% poliestere con un rivestimento in PU, che conferisce alla tenda proprietà idrorepellenti e resistenti allo sporco.
Con una larghezza di 300 cm, la tenda si estende per una sporgenza massima di 120 cm, creando una zona d'ombra significativa. L'altezza di installazione è flessibile, regolabile tra 200 e 300 cm per adattarsi a diverse esigenze strutturali. Il funzionamento della tenda è completamente manuale, facilitato da una manovella di 125 cm che permette di estendere e ritrarre il telo con precisione.
La tenda da sole vidaXL include un pannello solare integrato che alimenta una striscia LED. Questa caratteristica fornisce illuminazione supplementare durante le ore serali, estendendo l'usabilità dello spazio esterno. Il telo in poliestere non solo offre resistenza all'acqua e allo sporco, ma è anche rimovibile e lavabile, semplificando le operazioni di pulizia e manutenzione.
La robustezza strutturale è ulteriormente supportata da una barra di supporto con un diametro di 15 mm. Questa tenda è specificamente progettata per l'installazione su finestre, terrazzi, balconi o in giardino, configurandosi come una soluzione pratica per la gestione dell'esposizione solare e per creare aree ombreggiate funzionali. L'assemblaggio del prodotto è richiesto prima dell'installazione.
