Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

La tenda a rullo per esterni vidaXL offre una superficie di copertura di 120 cm in larghezza e 250 cm in altezza. Progettata specificamente per l'installazione a soffitto, questa tenda verticale è una soluzione funzionale per schermare balconi, patii o terrazze dalla luce solare diretta e per aumentare la privacy. Il colore crema del tessuto si adatta a diversi stili di arredo esterno.
Il materiale del telo è un tessuto 100% poliestere, selezionato per le sue proprietà di resistenza. È dotato di un rivestimento in PA (poliammide) che contribuisce a bloccare una parte significativa dei raggi UV e a ridurre il passaggio del calore. La natura traspirante del poliestere permette inoltre una buona circolazione dell'aria, contribuendo a mantenere più fresca l'area sottostante.
La struttura portante è composta da una cassetta superiore in acciaio e da una barra frontale in alluminio. Questa combinazione di materiali metallici è stata scelta per conferire stabilità e prevenire flessioni o cedimenti del telo quando è completamente esteso. Il peso complessivo del prodotto è di 4,5 kg, un dato da considerare per il montaggio a soffitto.
L'azionamento della tenda è di tipo manuale. Un meccanismo a manovella permette di aprire e ritrarre il telo con facilità. La manovella fornita in dotazione ha una lunghezza di 1,21 m, una misura studiata per rendere l'operazione comoda e accessibile. Questo prodotto viene fornito con le istruzioni per l'assemblaggio, necessario per l'installazione.
