Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

La tenda a rullo oscurante vidaXL è progettata per una riduzione del 100% della luce, con un tessuto che misura 100 cm di larghezza e 175 cm di altezza. Realizzata interamente in poliestere, questa tenda è dotata di un rivestimento posteriore termoplastico di colore argento. Questo strato speciale non solo blocca completamente la luce in entrata, ma contribuisce anche all'isolamento termico della stanza, aiutando a mantenerla più calda d'inverno e più fresca d'estate.
La struttura include un binario superiore in alluminio da 100 cm e un binario inferiore in PVC, con un albero in metallo dal diametro di 18 mm. L'installazione è flessibile: la tenda può essere montata a parete o a soffitto utilizzando le viti e i tasselli forniti, oppure appesa direttamente al davanzale di una finestra. La larghezza totale del prodotto, inclusi gli accessori di montaggio, è di 103 cm. La catenella a sfere in plastica, lunga 180 cm, può essere posizionata a sinistra o a destra secondo le necessità.
Questo sistema è una soluzione funzionale per l'oscuramento completo di una camera da letto o di un ufficio. La confezione include tutti i componenti necessari per il montaggio: il binario superiore, il binario inferiore, due staffe, due ganci, la catenella, quattro viti e quattro tasselli.
