Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

La tenda a rullo oscurante vidaXL offre una riduzione della luce del 100% grazie al suo tessuto specializzato. Il tessuto in 100% poliestere misura 80 cm di larghezza e 230 cm di altezza, rendendola una scelta funzionale per bloccare completamente la luce solare in ambienti come la camera da letto o l'ufficio.
Il lato posteriore della tenda presenta un rivestimento termoplastico color argento. Questo strato non solo impedisce il passaggio della luce, ma offre anche proprietà termiche che aiutano a mantenere la stanza più calda d'inverno e più fresca d'estate. La struttura include un binario superiore in alluminio e un binario inferiore in PVC, entrambi con una larghezza di 80 cm, e un albero interno in metallo con un diametro di 18 mm.
L'installazione del prodotto è flessibile. Gli accessori di montaggio inclusi permettono di fissare la tenda sia a parete che a soffitto. La catenella a sfere in plastica, lunga 180 cm, può essere montata sul lato destro o sinistro a seconda delle preferenze. Si noti che la larghezza complessiva del binario superiore, compresi i supporti di montaggio, è di 3 cm superiore alla larghezza del tessuto, per un totale di circa 83 cm.
