Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

Realizzata al 100% in poliestere, la tenda presenta un rivestimento posteriore termoplastico color argento. Questo strato fornisce un oscuramento completo, bloccando il 100% della luce in entrata in qualsiasi stanza.
Il rivestimento posteriore color argento non solo assicura un blocco totale della luce, ma offre anche qualità termiche. La struttura del materiale e il rivestimento contribuiscono a mantenere la stanza più calda in inverno e più fresca in estate. Questa funzionalità la rende una soluzione efficace per ambienti come le camere da letto o gli uffici, dove il controllo della temperatura e l'assenza di luce sono prioritari.
Le dimensioni dell'oscurante sono 140 cm in larghezza e 230 cm in altezza. Si specifica che la larghezza del binario superiore, inclusi gli accessori di montaggio, sarà 3 cm più ampia rispetto alla larghezza del tessuto. Il diametro dell'albero in metallo della tenda è di 18 mm. L'installazione è supportata da accessori di montaggio inclusi, consentendo il fissaggio a parete, a soffitto o al davanzale di una finestra.
La catenella a sfere in plastica, di colore bianco e lunga 180 cm, può essere montata sia sul lato sinistro che su quello destro della tenda, offrendo flessibilità d'uso. La consegna include un binario inferiore in PVC da 140 cm, un binario superiore in alluminio da 140 cm, la tenda in poliestere con rivestimento posteriore riflettente color argento, 2 staffe, 2 ganci, la catenella a sfere, 4 viti e 4 tasselli, fornendo tutti i componenti necessari per il montaggio.
