Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

Il set di dissuasori per uccelli vidaXL offre una copertura totale di 10 metri lineari per la protezione di superfici esterne. Questo set include 20 pezzi, ciascuno con una base lunga 50 cm, realizzati interamente in acciaio inossidabile. Il materiale selezionato conferisce al prodotto resistenza all'acqua e agli agenti atmosferici, rendendolo una soluzione adatta per un'installazione permanente all'aperto.
Il design è studiato per la massima efficacia. Ogni striscia ha una base di 50 x 2,5 cm (L x P) su cui sono disposte 4 file di perni. I perni, con un'altezza di 115 mm, creano una barriera fisica che impedisce l'atterraggio e la sosta di uccelli come piccioni e gabbiani, senza arrecare loro danno. La densità creata dalle 4 file di punte rende la superficie inospitale per gli animali.
Questo sistema rappresenta un metodo di controllo non cruento, facilmente applicabile per respingere anche altri animali come gatti o procioni. L'installazione è indicata per proteggere specifiche aree come cornicioni, davanzali, travi, tetti e recinzioni da intrusioni indesiderate, preservando la pulizia e l'integrità delle strutture.
